For incubators and accelerators

Your funders want impact in numbers. You do not have a data team.

You are already producing the outcomes. What you cannot produce, on the funder’s schedule, is the evidence in the funder’s format.

Module 03

Integration Intelligence

Predictive analysis of where integration pathways stall and why, with the evidence formatted for ESF+, AMIF, and social-impact funder reporting.

What it sees

Where cohorts stop progressing along an integration pathway: language acquisition, credential recognition, employment entry, housing stability, and service take-up.

What you do with it

A programme manager exports the funder report in the format the funder actually uses, with the method and the limitations included in the document rather than in a covering email.

Projections are labelled modelled, with the assumptions stated in one line next to the figure.

Reporting formats

Three formats, produced from the same evidence base.

Reporting is expensive because each funder wants the same facts arranged differently, and the rearranging is done by hand.

If your funder uses a fourth, we will tell you whether it is a configuration or a project.

Portfolio access

Your portfolio companies get the matching engine.

A programme licence includes Workforce Matching for the companies in your portfolio. It is why the outcomes you report on improve rather than just becoming better documented.

Each company operates under your licence with its own tenant isolation. They see their own hiring. You see the aggregate, at cohort level, above the minimum cell size. You do not see their individual candidates and neither do we.
The same human-in-the-loop constraint applies to them as to any employer client. The platform ranks and explains. Their recruiter decides, and the decision is logged against their identity.

Built for the DPO

Compliance is the doorway, not the disclaimer.

Your funders audit what you report, and your portfolio companies hand you data about their people. These are the terms both of those run on.

  • Anonymisation at ingestion

No individual-level data reaches the AI layer.

No individual-level data enters the AI processing layer. Analysis runs on aggregated and pseudonymised data, and the rule is enforced at the pipeline boundary rather than by convention.
  • EU data residency

EU infrastructure, Catalan residency for Catalan deployments.

Infrastructure in EU jurisdiction, with Catalan data residency for Catalan deployments. The sub-processor list is published and versioned.
  • Per-module EU AI Act classification

Classified per module, before deployment, because they differ.

The classification is documented per module before deployment, because the modules are not equivalent. Employment-related matching is treated under the high-risk obligations. The civic analysis modules are advisory decision-support for institutions.
  • A human decides

The platform ranks and explains. A person decides.

The platform ranks, explains, and projects. A qualified human makes every hiring and every policy decision, and the decision is logged against their identity.
  • DPA before ingestion

Signed, and your DPO briefed, before a record moves.

A signed Data Processing Agreement and a briefed Data Protection Officer before a single record moves. The system refuses to create a data source without a recorded DPA reference.
  • Exportable audit trail

Every output keeps what produced it, and exports.

Every match, alert, and projection persists its inputs, model version, driving features, and confidence value. Exportable for labour inspection and public audit.

What you keep

You keep everything.

Whatever we build from your data, you keep. The raw files, the derived datasets, the methodology, and the platform access. If you stopped working with us tomorrow, you would still hold everything we produced together.

A consultancy keeps the model

A software vendor keeps the data

You keep both

What you receive under the Handover Standard, in what format, and when.

And, for this engagement specifically

  • The funder-formatted reporting outputs, as reusable templates rather than as finished documents.
  • The cohort dataset, so next year’s report is producible whether or not you renew.
Every dataset, document, and definition above is already yours and stays yours. What is still being settled is how long platform access continues after an engagement ends and is not renewed. Ask in the diagnostic conversation and you will get the current answer in writing rather than a shrug.

Start with a diagnostic.

Bring your current funder reporting requirements and your last submitted report. Two weeks later you will know which of those requirements the platform can produce from the data you already hold, and which it cannot.
